Same here. I have an Alienware Area 51 desktop. SupportAssist Drivers and Downloads always gets stuck at exactly 80%. I've left it on for hours as well. Doesn't move from there. It's maddening. Because of that, I have to set it to "never remind me again" to avoid incessant reminders. 2. Flip the computer upside down and check for tiny battery reset pinhole. 3. Use a paper clip, insert it into the pinhole and hold it for sec. 4. Now turn on the computer to see it's behaviour.
