Google wont let me download minecraft forge

 · Forge wont work! For some reason, in the past 30 minutes, I was trying to install forge.. but when I do,it says: These libraries failed to download. bltadwin.ru-lang:scala-library, bltadwin.ru-lang:scala-compiler Try again. And like I said, I've tried it many times.  · i got a trouble with installing the lastest version of forge. my anti virus (ESET nod32 Antivirus 4) is blocking the installation, and i do not wish to close the anti virus. the forge installation does not leave any log file.  · well when you go to Minecraft forge I press the "installer" button for the version. it saves to my downloads but after that I have tried to open it. it opens with internet explorer and asks me if I want to open it or save it.

I tried re-installing Minecraft, removing the old launcher, etc. but it doesn’t want to open. Using the old launcher again now, and it works perfectly save for the fact it spams me with the prompt to uninstall the old launcher. Any idea on what might be wrong?
